DCFA course is to allow students to become an accountant. There are different types of accounting jobs which include Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Auditing and Tax Accounting. 

DCFA is aimed at students who are new to accounting concepts. Also for those students who already have a practical understanding of manual accounting. The programme  developingaccounting skills within the students. In this course, students learn the key skills required for the best career in the banking and financial services industry in India. Here students learn about basic financial concepts, managing customer relations, etc

Eligibility	+2 (Commerce)/B.Com OR DCP (Diploma in Commercial Practice)/HDC/JDC/BBA. Qualification can be relaxed for those having proper background in Accounting field (+2 with minimum 1 year  experience)
Duration	6 Months
Fee Structure Admission Fee :  Course Fee	Rs  100/- Rs. 10,000/- 10000.00 (in lump sum) or in two installments of 5000/- each

Fee Waiver scheme (Student need not pay course fee and exam fee) is available for some selected courses for the eligible students as per the order from the Government of Kerala. More details regarding this can be obtained from the officer in-charge of the centre for which you have applied.
