The Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) followed in the admission to various courses, is an online procedure which is very user friendly. It involves online application submission, option registration, subsequent allotment and fee remittance at the designated Bank if allotted to a College. All the allotments made by the LBS Centre will be on the basis of the Rank list prepared from among the applicants, which may be based on Entrance examination conducted by LBS Centre or on the marks of the qualifying examination. Also allotments will be done by observing the principles of reservations and will be in accordance with the orders of the Honourable Courts of Law and the orders issued by the Government. LBS Centre also mobilizes its District Facilitation Centres in all districts of Kerala to assist the candidates in their admission process.

M.Phil Courses to which LBS Centre does allotment include M.Phil Psychiatric Social Work and M.Phil Clinical Psychology.
The statewide allotment for MCA Regular and MCA Lateral Entry course is also done by LBS Centre.
