IDCHMN is a one year (two semesters) diploma course in Information Technology. The course would help the students to prepare for entry level job opportunities in computer hardware industry. The student’s skill set in troubleshooting hardware related problems, designing networks and troubleshooting will be enhanced to a considerable level to match the requirements of the Industry. Students are taught about basics electronics & microprocessors and computer Hardware & OS in the first semester. Second semester include topics of hardware assembling & troubleshooting and network administration and maintenance.

Eligibility    :  SSLC or Equivalent

Admission Fee                        :  Rs   100.00

Course Fee                            :  Rs 18000.00 

First Semester                       : Rs 9000.00 (In lump sum) or in two installments of 4500/- each

Second Semester                  : Rs 9000.00 (In lump sum) or in two installments of 4500/- each

Fee Waiver scheme (Student need not pay course fee and exam fee) is available for some selected courses for the eligible students as per the order from the Government of Kerala. More details regarding this can be obtained from the officer in-charge of the centre for which you have applied.
